These terms govern your use of the Zupo website (zupo.com.au) and any enquiry you submit through it. They are an agreement between you and Zupo Pty Ltd (ABN 64 697 282 554) (“Zupo”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
About Zupo
Zupo is a finance broker and intermediary. We are not a lender or credit provider. Funding is provided by our funding partner, who is solely responsible for all credit decisions, including whether to offer funding and on what amount, rate and terms. Zupo arranges business-purpose funding only and does not provide consumer credit.
Enquiries are not offers
Submitting a form, using a calculator or speaking with us is an enquiry only. It is not an application for credit, and it is not an offer, approval or guarantee of funding. Any figures shown on this site, including funding ranges, timeframes and indicative amounts, are illustrative only and are not a quote. Any offer of funding is made by the funding partner, subject to its own assessment, criteria, fees and terms, and may differ from anything shown on this site.
Your information
When you submit an enquiry, you warrant that:
- The information and documents you provide are true, complete and not misleading
- You are authorised to provide that information on behalf of the business
- The funding you are seeking is wholly or predominantly for business purposes
We rely on the accuracy of your information when presenting your enquiry to the funding partner. Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry being declined and may have legal consequences.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to Zupo contacting you by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications about an active enquiry.
Our discretion
We may, at our discretion, decline to act on or submit any enquiry, including where we consider the enquiry incomplete, ineligible, not for business purposes, or unsuitable for the funding partner's criteria. We will let you know if we are unable to assist.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or interfere with its security or operation. All content and branding on this site, including the zupo. wordmark, is owned by Zupo or used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Third-party links and services
This site may link to third-party websites and services, including secure bank statement retrieval provided by illion Open Data Solutions. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
General information only
Information on this site is general in nature. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account and is not financial, credit, legal or tax advice. Consider whether any funding is right for your business, and seek independent advice if needed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zupo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, reliance on its general information, or any decision by the funding partner. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
Our collection and handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and Zupo submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
